Deleting your account

Tridigm is published by LIBBA-T LLC. This page explains how to delete your Tridigm account on iPhone, iPad, Mac or Android, what is removed, and what is kept.

Open Tridigm and sign in.
Go to Control → Account.
Tap Delete Account.
Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately. This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it for you — your data is encrypted with a key only you can unlock, so there is no copy we could recover even if you asked.

If you can't open the app

Email support@tridigm.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days. We will only act on a request sent from the account's own email address.

What is deleted

Everything associated with your account is permanently removed from our servers:

All synced content — schedules, to-do lists, goals, health and fitness records, financial accounts and transactions, documents and canvases, and Libba conversations
Your encryption keys and recovery key escrow
Your preferences and settings
Your sign-in identity — email address and authentication record

Any connected bank accounts are disconnected as part of deletion, revoking Plaid's access. Data held on your device is removed when you uninstall the app.

What is kept

Purchase and subscription records held by Apple or Google for transactions made through their stores. These are controlled by the store, not by Tridigm, and are governed by their respective privacy policies.
Financial transaction records we are required to retain for tax and accounting purposes. These contain no content from your tools — no tasks, notes, health data, or financial details from the app.

Deleting some data without deleting your account

You do not have to delete your account to remove data. Every item in every tool can be deleted from within the app at any time. Deleted items move to Trash, where you can restore them or remove them permanently.
