Effective Date: April 24, 2026
Welcome to Tridigm. By downloading, installing, or using the Tridigm app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
You may use Tridigm without an account for local-only features. To sync across devices or use Cloud AI, you'll create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or an email address. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian's permission.
Tridigm offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can view and manage your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple's refund policy. We don't have the ability to issue refunds directly — please contact Apple Support.
Free trial: If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the trial's end unless you cancel first.
You agree not to:
You retain full ownership of the data you create in Tridigm — tasks, notes, goals, documents, everything. Because your data is stored locally and synced end-to-end encrypted, Tridigm cannot read, access, or modify your content. You grant Tridigm only the minimal rights necessary to sync, store (encrypted), and deliver your content across your devices.
When Cloud AI is enabled, your queries are sent to Anthropic (Claude) via Tridigm's secure proxy for processing. Tridigm does not store, log, or access the content of your AI conversations. Anthropic processes this data under their API privacy policy and does not use API inputs for model training. You can disable Cloud AI at any time in Libba Settings.
Tridigm, its logo, design, and all original software are the property of LIBBA-T LLC. You receive a non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal use under these terms. You do not receive any ownership or IP rights in the app itself.
We strive to keep Tridigm available and reliable, but we make no guarantees. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time. We may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms, for legal reasons, or to protect the service's integrity. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll notify you in-app or by email.
Tridigm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every need. You're responsible for your own backups — while we sync your data, you should not rely on Tridigm as your only backup.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LIBBA-T LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of Tridigm. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You can stop using Tridigm or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your authentication record and all cloud-synced data. Local data on your device remains unless you also uninstall the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material violations of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
