Quick answers

How do I back up my data?

Tridigm backs up automatically. Whenever you're signed in, every change syncs end-to-end encrypted to Tridigm's cloud — your data restores cleanly on a new device or after a reinstall by signing in again. The cloud only holds encrypted snapshots; no one — not even Tridigm — can read them. Your local device stays the primary copy.

I lost my data — what do I do?

If you're signed in, your data is on our encrypted cloud. Sign in on the affected device and sync will restore it. If you were not signed in, unfortunately there's no backup — we can't access your data because we never had a decryption key.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Tridigm → Cancel. On Mac: App Store → your profile → Subscriptions.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com — we don't have the ability to issue refunds directly.

Why won't my data sync?

Check: (1) you're signed in on both devices, (2) both devices are online, (3) both are running the latest app version. Sync is automatic — no manual action needed. If data still isn't syncing after a few minutes, email us at support@tridigm.com with your user ID (Settings → Account).

Does Tridigm work offline?

Yes — local-first means everything works offline. Sync and Cloud AI require a connection, but every other feature (planning, tracking, editing, viewing) works without one. Changes you make offline sync automatically when you're back online.
